Lussurio Privacy Policy
Who controls your data
Lussurio is operated by Goodwin N.V., the data controller responsible for the personal information you give us. We hold a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority under number OGL/2024/758/0228, and we process data in line with that licence and applicable data-protection law.
This policy explains, plainly, what we collect and why. It applies to anyone aged 19 or over who registers, deposits, plays or simply browses our site. Read it alongside our Terms and Conditions. Questions? Reach out through the channels listed further down.
Your rights and how to use them
Under data-protection law you hold several rights over your information. You can ask for a copy of what we hold (access), correct anything inaccurate (rectification), request deletion where no legal duty blocks it (erasure), receive your data in a portable format (portability), and object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] or open a live chat — our team is available 24/7. We may first confirm your identity to keep your account safe, then respond within the time the law allows. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the relevant data-protection authority in the licence jurisdiction, overseen by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Need help with gameplay limits instead? Our responsible gambling tools and ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) are there for you.
How long we keep it
We hold personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period afterwards. Anti-money-laundering and financial rules require us to retain certain records — typically several years after your last transaction — even once you close your account. When a lawful purpose no longer exists, we delete or anonymise the data. Cookie lifespans are a separate matter; see our cookie notice for the details, categories and durations.
Our legal grounds for processing
Every use of your data rests on a lawful basis. Where we run your account and deliver what you asked for, we rely on performance of our contract with you. Where we verify identity, screen for fraud and report to authorities, we rely on legal obligations that bind a licensed operator. Some processing — such as refining our service or protecting the platform — rests on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Marketing by email is sent only where you have consented, and you may withdraw that consent at any moment.
What we collect and the reason for it
We only gather what we genuinely need. The categories fall into a few buckets.
Account details — your name, date of birth, email, phone number, country and chosen currency (USD, USDT or BTC). We use these to open and run your account, confirm you are of legal age, and keep you informed.
Verification documents — a passport or government ID, proof of address such as a utility bill, copies of cards, and in some cases a phone call or video interview. These support identity checks, anti-money-laundering obligations, and fraud prevention. No withdrawal is released until an account is fully verified.
Financial and transaction data — deposits from $10 and up, withdrawals, bonus activity and wallet or payment references. We need this to move money and to meet accounting and regulatory duties.
Gameplay and technical data — bets, sessions, device type, IP address and cookie identifiers. This helps us detect problems, improve the platform and support responsible-play tools.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where there is a clear need, and always under appropriate safeguards.
- Payment and crypto processors — to handle deposits and the withdrawals we pay out, usually within 72 hours.
- KYC and anti-fraud partners — to confirm identity and screen transactions.
- Game studios — such as Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Hacksaw Gaming, which supply the titles you play.
- Analytics and hosting providers — to run and measure the site.
- Regulators and authorities — where law or our licence requires disclosure.
Some partners may be located outside your country. When data crosses borders, we put recognised protections in place before it moves.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you ask for my ID documents?
- Verification is a legal requirement for a licensed operator. We check identity, confirm you are 19 or over, and guard against fraud and money laundering. A withdrawal cannot be released until your account is fully verified.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
- Yes, you can request erasure by emailing [email protected]. We will remove what we can, but anti-money-laundering and financial rules require us to keep certain transaction records for a set period, even after an account closes.
Do you sell my personal information?
- No. We never sell your data. We share it only with payment processors, KYC partners, game studios, analytics providers and regulators where there is a genuine, lawful need.
Where can I read about cookies?
- Our separate cookie notice sets out every category we use, what each one does and how long it lasts. You can manage your preferences there at any time.
How do I contact you about privacy?
- Use live chat or email [email protected]. Support runs 24/7 in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Português (Brasil). You can also reach us through our contact page.
